Unless an item arrived damaged or defective, we will not accept returns. We wrap our products as best as we can to ensure safe delivery, however things happen. But don't worry - if your item (e.g., mug, glass, etc) arrives broken, send us a message within 24 hours of delivery with a picture of the item, and we will send you a replacement right away.
